| A click on the Task Module reminds Brad that he has to set up a promotions meeting with Adrenaline Sports and invite several co-workers to attend. Because all employees share their calenders, a quick look at this section shows that the required meeting participants are free on Wed. at 1pm. |
Brad can then schedule a meeting for everyone using The Hive, and upload a corresponding agenda. This is so much easier than contacting everyone separately and trying to synchronize their schedules!
