• Using the Expense module of The Hive allows you to enter your expenses at the end of each day, or as they occur, and save Draft Expense Reports.

• The system supports Standard Expense features, plus Exchange Rates, detailed Hotel information, as well as Mileage calculations.

• Expenses can be printed directly out of the system or generated as PDF's for email.
